My very first Friday Five
1. If you could eat dinner with and "get to know" one famous person (living or dead), who would you choose?
Richard Harris. I NEVER get tired of listening to his 'war' stories about himself and Peter O'Toole.

2. Has the death of a famous person ever had an effect on you? Who was it and how did you feel?
This is hard. To me, famous people are rather ephemeral, and hard to grasp as people. I'd probably say Phil; Hartman, as he could always make me laugh. Don't ask me to explain any further - after all, I am only a simple caveman, and don't understand your 'blogs' or your 'inter-net'.

3. If you could BE a famous person for 24 hours, who would you choose?
Billy Zane of Sean Connery, it's a toss-up.

4. Do people ever tell you that you look like someone famous? Who?
If my hair grows out, I'm often referred to as Greg Brady. Better than David Schwimmer I guess, who I recently realized could play me in a movie.

5. Have you ever met anyone famous?
I've shook Dave Thomas' hand, walked behind Donald Sutherland, and talked to a political activist aide who just spoke seconds earlier to Spalding Grey. And a great-grand uncle was one of the Parker brothers. That as close as I get.
