Freshman Red-Shirt
A UF student leaned out his dorm window the other day and shot six people with an air-pellet gun. How stupid was that? Doesn't he know there is a concealed weapons permit in this state? Lucky he didn't get shot himself. I wonder if he would have done a melodramatic leap from the window, screaming like that Stormtrooper in Star Wars.
Especially this weekend. The Veterans of Foreign Wars is having a fund raiser where you can go and fire over thirty different types of weapons from different wars, from .30 caliber water-cooled Browning machine guns to flint-lock muskets to Silenced Uzis. 35 centsa round, Boy and Girl Scout get in half price! With that kind of firepower running around, the student is lucky he doesn't look like Swiss cheese.
