If It Was Good Enough For Jesus ...
A lot of stink has been made about this new billboard by PETA, and I can fully understand why.
First off, let me clarify that I do not agree with PETA in ideology or tactics, and although the billboard states a truth, I do NOT think it serves to increase the number of breastfeeding moms. Of course Jesus wasn't fed formula. Duh!!! It wasn't around and milk substitution was only used in emergencies, especially if another nursing mom wasn't around to help out. I personally think it is a great billboard EXCEPT for that bottom bit ... unless they are suggesting all women should get preggers and start pumping from here to eternity to completely replace the intake of cow's milk ...
Off to drink a tall, white, frothy glass ....
