Tuesday, April 02, 2002 Babies = strong muscles I used to think children were perfectly happy in strollers. Then I had a child and knew that there were times when they absolutely hated strollers. And I also knew there were times when a parent absolutely needed a stroller. So, when Aimee said that she was going to have to travel across town on city transportation without a stroller, I could feel her pain. Now, I have made a sling for Parker. But he is still over 20 pounds already. I had bought, during my pregnancy, two 2-pound hand weights, thinking I needed to get stronger ... I think that fear is completely gone now. Carrying more that two grocery bags now is no longer hard, and I've even carried in all the grocery at once without it dragging on the ground. ------------------------------------------------
