Last night was hellish
Okay, maybe we really should start going to sleep when Parker does, but when would we get ANYTHING done then? He went to sleep about 10 pm last night, and we put him gently in the crib. He woke up at 1 am, I nursed him and Jeff put him back in the crib. At 2 am Jeff and I went to bed. 2:30, Parker came to bed with us. 3:30, Jeff and I switched sides. 4:30, I take Parker for a car ride, come back (he wakes up as we come inside), rock him back to sleep, go to put him in the crib and as soon as his darling head hit the crib he was awake and screaming. It is 5:30. I'm done. I'm exhausted and can't do anything else (I had been tired all day Monday, but when evening came, felt a second wind). Jeff ends up rocking him back to sleep and sleeping in a sitting position with Parker in his lap until 8:30 (cause I turned off the freaking alarm). When will it be naptime?? (It is possible the above isn't completely accurate ... still hazy.)
