Making My Morning, Part 2
When KSCO Good Morning Monterey Bay host Scott couldn't recall who William Hootkins was, I responded quickly in an email missive, reminding him of Hootkin's memorable performances as Porkins (Star Wars), Major Eaton (Raiders), and of course, Munson (Flash Gordon). I also identiffied the John-Boy/Hannibal Smith/Napolean Solo/Sybil Danning mish-mash that is Battle Beyond the Stars. To my surprise, my missive was read aloud today instead of tommorrow, and I was told I was far too smart to be living in Florida. Granted, they also felt I had too much free time, but I got the rousing standing ovation normally reserved for deserving Santa Cruzans, so I feel honored.
