Playgroup today was fun as usual. I am constantly amazed at how much it means to Parker to be around lots of other babies. Only twice did I have to worry over other babies' welfare around him, and neither time was he malicious (whew!!).
He's one year old. I can hardly believe it. Two of the moms (and sons) stayed around until 4:55 which was really special. Great ladies. They sang Happy Birthday to Parker right around 4:55. It was kinda odd, the phone rang exactly at 4:55 pm. No one was on the line, though. Eerie, hunh? I thought it was Jeff, but he didn't think to do that. Oh well. I'm getting pretty excited about his party this weekend, though it seems that it will be pretty much mainly my family plus Jeff's parents. It really isn't that big a deal though. I am just glad I extended the invitation out, and I'm grateful that my parents are willing to put up with everyone, since I knew noone would have been able to come if we had had it here. I just want to show off my beautiful, smart, and FAST little man.
