Friday, Parker and I joined two friends (and sons) at a park and had the whole place to ourselves. It was the first time Parker had been around them since early December (when he got sick). He just stood there for the longest time and one of the boys picked up a ball and walked over to "Ak-eh" and tried to get him to play. The other boy walk-crawled (it was only his second day of walking!!) over to him. Parker still just stood there. I don't know what he was most in awe of: two playmates, being outside, or not being hounded by Mama.
