Bad Feedback
Today Kristin and I ran high fevers with headaches and tried our best to keep up with Parker. Tonight things are a little better, and we hope to be fully recovered tomorrow.
I received my first negative feedback on eBay for a project. It really burns me - the client was unresponsive to emails, vague on his thoughts of various designs, and he totally ignored the stipulations of the project - we state that projects last for 10 days, and we stretched his project out to 75! Despite this, he apparently got miffed when we told him that to continue to develop the logo we would have to charge more, and decided to write us and tell we were unprofessional and then stated so on eBay. That was a complete 180 from his last email, where he said we were almost there and asked for a few slight variations on his preferred design. I guess I should be glad that eBay allows one to respond to feedback left.
