Caught Parker's Bug
I took off in the morning to help Kristin and make sure Parker was completely over his bug, and around noon went to have my first eye exam in about seven years. My prescription has changed only slightly, but trying to find frames that work on my cherubic bearded face is not that easy.

I went on to work and was there about two hours when I began to feel nauseous. Kristin called and told me she felt the same, and we realized we had caught Parker's little bug. I tried to make it home - but failed - temperature differences between my office, the outside, and the car really exacerbated the whole deal. Luckily I had the equivalent of an air sickness bag and was able to save the car interior. I then ran into the most unsympathetic pharmacist of all time, as I pulled through an Eckerd's drive through to get some paper towels and an extra bag. She treated me like I had the plague.

I came home, where Kristin felt no better, and we somehow struggled through the evening. I just woke up about ten minutes ago and had to have some water - I feel completely dehydrated. I think I will go scrounge up some Gatorade.
