Parker didn't want to eat tonight, but we had chocolate covered raisins in the house he knew about and wanted. So ... we did the unthinkable . We bribed him. One huge bite of food for a chocolate raisin. He ate alot.
Why do I feel incredibly guilty? I mean, he needed to eat, and he wasn't doing it. I hate this . Should I have just left him with no food?
I guess the main problem is that he's hungry, but is willing to NOT eat, in hopes he'll get sweets. He demands cookies daily (which we do not have in the house), and throws a tantrum because we aren't giving him these non-existent cookies. I'll even help him search for them, and he STILL will throw a fit. The other problem is that when he doesn't eat, he wants to nurse even more. I am really trying to cut him back, but that requires him to eat!!
