Succumbing to Cut Kitten Deficiency Syndrome
We went for a walk late last night (only time in Florida when the temperatures become remotely bearable for such an activity). On our second lap around the neighborhood, I noticed we had taken on two new small shadows - wee little black kittens, the smallest about the size of my palm. We proceeded to pet the little kits, and let parker hold both of them in his stroller. The runt did the things that made me get our lat cat, Amber - meowing plaintively, purring loudly, and attempting to climb up to my shoulder. After a few minutes, we put them to the side of the road and kept walking home. Of course, they followed - the larger one playfully bounding along behind us, and the smaller one finally stopping and meowing loudly. In the end, I scooped them back up, took them back to the yard we first spotted them in, near a larger black cat I assume was their mother, and sprinting away.

Have to keep reminding myself we have three cats. We're full up. Why, oh why, do they have to be so cute?
