Disney is Melting
Last weekend I took Parker to Disney World. Word to the wise - do not go to Orlando in the dog days of summer unless you happen to like wearing a fine slick suit of sweat, accompanied by damp cloths that in normal temperatures one might refer to as 'clothes'. It's unbearably hot, and I have to imagine the woman I saw in a burka had to be dying. She might be more used to a dry heat in that outfit, but the mugginess of Florida weather would make that stiffling.

That being said, we had a lot of fun. We rode many boat rides, including the Small-World inspired, Trip through Time in Mexico, rode in the front of the monorail, and swam in the Disney hotel pool from 11 pm to around 3 am. We made a trip to Sea World, and since, he has carried around a stuffed orca 'splashing' everybody and making them wet. I skinned my knee pretty badly clambering out of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, and Parkjer fell asleep just before the fireworks, which he somehow slept completely through. I saw a guy in Epcot who was the spitting image of James Marsden, and playing that resemblance to the hilt, he wore a Xavier Insitute tee and red Ray Bans.

Here are some photos:
