My Apparent Options
Options:
1. Wait to go into labor
a. Stay home to have baby
b. Go in pushing, decline ERCS
c. Go in during advanced active labor and fight against ERCS
2. Ask for induction on Tuesday
3. Agree to ERCS on Wednesday
Issues
1. Don’t know when it’ll happen
a. No medical support, possible birth complications unprepared for
b. Might have baby in car or still be forced into C-section
c. Might have hard time not having c-section/stall labor/forced c-section -- or transferred to another hospital?
2. Increased risk of UR; high failure rate; higher chance for ERCS
3. All risks associated with ERCS
