Easter Traditions
We had no planned Easter traditions, so we kinda played it by ear. It was so much fun!!
First, we decorated the Easter Tree on the night before Easter. We put it on the table and made sure we put out the box of egg dyeing equipment so the Easter Bunny would know to leave eggs for us.
The next day, we dyed the eggs that the Easter Bunny left.
Then, while Parker "rested" in his room (more like, played quietly, but oh well ), the Easter Bunny came back to hide his eggs around the house!! (It had been raining the three days prior, so we opted to not do it outside.) Parker LOVED to search for his eggs and DROP them into his basket (we ate a lot of hard-boiled eggs the next day ).
