The Aftermath: Still driving
Well, the car seemed well enough for him to take it to work today (btw, this is his car, not the van again), but we're going to take it in for a checkup tomorrow. We cannot afford another huge expense. The AC on his car is already dead, so this is just icing on the cake. It is the car Jeff drives to and from work. If we went to one car here, I'd be STUCK in the house, as it is a 45-minute drive with traffic one way for Jeff to get to work. That, or we'd have to find someone who lived out here in BFE who he could carpool with.
