Post-partum Visit
Had my post-partum visit today and all looks good -- she isn't convinced that I've had a period yet, but said it is possible. (Lovely) My iron is still low (it was 35, she wants it over 40), so I'm back on iron supplements. I'm still below my pre-pregnancy weight, but I've actually started to gain back, so I need to start taking eating well seriously and adding in some exercise.
And, no surprise, the OB said that he would not offer me a VBAC next time, but that I could see Jane for all my pre-natals. So, that's something to consider, though I am still pretty sure I'll at least want to go into labor before a c-section again. Just knowing that the birthdate was when it was supposed to be is comforting to me.
