Our focus is shifted ...
I am really grateful we've had so much work, but I really wish we'd gotten most of it done so we'd have tomorrow to just "be" together -- instead, it is going to yet again be a day focused on work and not the family. I KNOW this won't last forever, but it just feels wrong.
