Deciphering Parker's Enigma Code
Parker came tearing into the kitchen, holding a half of a straw dribbling chocolate milk and proceeded to force-feed it to Kira. I snorted a quick "No!" at him, which he completely ignored.

A little louder, I warned "N-O. No, Parker."

That got his attention. He looked, and cryptically replied with my same tone, "F-F-O!", and ran off. Kristin began to giggle, and I looked to her to translate.

"He doesn't know how to spell no, but he knows how to spell on. He thought you were spelling on backwards."

And, like any good toddler, he knows the best way to give a good argument - state the opposite. F-F-O...off, backwards.
