Ignorance is Bliss
The former Director of the National Drug Policy Committee stated that users of medicinal marijuana certainly sounded like victims of drug abuse, with this quote:
"After all, you don't see people growing poppies to make morphine, do you?"
Well, no you don't. That's because a pharmaceutical company does it for them. If there wasn't a company doing it for them, buddy, I bet John Q. Public would do it themselves. And if a pharmaceutical company was legally allowed to provide medical marijuana, then there wouldn't be a need to grow it at home.
What do you think of people who grow their own herbs and vegetables, hmm? After all, you can get them from the supermarket. If you grow them yourself, you must be an incurable Vegan!
