You Going to Sell Those Cookies?
Just gets scarier and scarier - The majority opinion was based on the ability of Congress to regulate commerce, even when the commerce does not cross state lines, and even when the commerce has no monetary gain.

Dissenting Judge Thomas is right - this ruling essentially allows Congress to regulate anything if they see fit. If I bake a cake and take it to my neighbor, that could be defined as commerce. If I bake a cake for my family and eat it in my home, that would be considered commerce.

Guess I better make sure my house conforms to OSHA standards.
