All I Need Is the Air that I Breathe and a Drive Train
France has built a car that runs on air. Sure, it has a limited range, but coupled with a hybrid biodiesel engine for higher speeds, it has the potential to be the most energy-efficient commuter car ever developed. Will it catch on?
