Brendan Loy's blog on the danger posed to New Orleans is being declared by some as being as extraordinary document. How so? Because it describes online an event that has been widely discussed in books, televsion shows, in scientific papers, and in in government documents?
Kudos to Loy for spreading the word of danger, but his prediction is hardly an act of clairvoyance to an informed audience.
