Lots Of Money For My Pissy Cat
Today, Jeff is at the veterinarian's office with Lockheed, my pisser cat. You know, the one who has peed on: my stroller, my diaper bag, our bed several times, Parker's bed several times, any article of clothing or bag left on the floor for more than 5 minutes, on a couch (that, no matter how many times we cleaned and pheromoned it, she kept coming back to pee on, until we just threw the damn thing out -- and it was newer than our others!!). She's 14 or 15 years old this year. Because of her peeing propensity, she lives most of her time on the screened porch or in the garage. Since Kira's been born, she's lost weight.
Well, she went to see about the weight loss and for a "geriatric" appointment. Jeff called to ask me if he should go ahead with it. $167 just to start. Includes bloodwork, urinalysis, exam, and xray. I love the cat -- though not as much as before she peed constantly, but still -- very expensive!!
