Heard Back.
Well, I did hear back, about 40 minutes after the second call. Kira will be fine, but I just wanted to ask to be sure. Took 3 minutes (I watched the clock). I asked another friend who uses the same office, and she told me that she has waited 5 to 6 hours befire. Ah well -- I will keep it in mind should I have an actual emergency to just make a plan to be seen, or ask when I'll get a call back.
