Perhaps She's Klingon
Okay I talked to the nurse, who then talked to the ped and called back, and they are saying not to worry about it. Supposedly he'd noticed this on her exam but wasn't concerned -- they didn't mention it to me!!
And it is just, I have felt her head a thousand times, and I swear that this wasn't here before!! And it is a definite ridge along the front midline of her skull!! I know she has a big head (95%ile), so I asked the nurse if this was somehow related --NOT that it was a bad thing, but related -- and she said some quaint saying about "growing into their feet" or something like that.
I also asked if this was "normal" and I felt like she brushed me off reassuringly without answering the question. Grrrr. Basically, it is possible that my child will look like a Klingon!! But, that's okay, right? She growls already.
