Back from dentist.
I'll need a root canal and a crown. Apparently, the tooth is dead -- wasn't sensitive to percussive or cold. It is a tooth that I've had a military-style filling in for probably close to 20 years, so I guess that is reasonable. But.
BUT -- my proposed bill is $1600!!!!! OMFG! That is sooooo much.
