Unreliable Tour Guides
Here's an idea: have a group of average joe pretend to be musuem tour guides, and let them say anything they want about the exhibits. It's an improvisational act that can't be easy, and even more hard to make engaging and lively. But it could be amazing - imagine being led around a museum by a Robin Williams saying whatever comes to mind.
